Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate HackerRank field events (CABs, partner events, meetups)
• Project-manage bi-annual GTM offsites (logistics, content, on-site)
• Produce customer marketing emails (coordination, HTML, QA, reporting)
• Run onboarding emails and quarterly release communications with Product
• Manage Sendoso gifts, swag inventory, and gifting programs
• Manage G2 and Capterra review sites and advocacy tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in marketing, communications, or coordination
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong project management instincts across multiple workstreams
• Clear written communicator; adapt voice for executives and internal updates
• AI fluent (Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
• Experience with marketing tech tools; HubSpot, Sendoso, ChurnZero, G2 or similar
