📋 Description

• Own and manage a complex, frequently changing executive calendar, including scheduling
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation
• Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively protect time for the highest-priority work.
• Coordinate meetings across senior leaders, internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Prepare agendas, gather materials, and make sure the CMO has the information needed for key

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in executive coordination, marketing operations, project
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a large number of
• Experienced managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and changing schedules.
• Strong judgment and discretion, particularly when working with leadership conversations, business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when capturing decisions and
• Comfortable with occasional schedule flexibility based on executive travel, business needs
