Contribute to making Lesaffre known as a Global Key Actor in Bread-making Solutions (Yeasts
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Ensure effective coordination between the sales and marketing functions to align with the overall
Lead marketing mix (4Ps) – product positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotions
Conduct market research (competitors, trends, customer insights) to identify growth opportunities
Manage websites, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email campaigns, WhatsApp

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years in marketing (B2B/B2C), with 3+ years in FMCG, food, or agriculture
Digital Marketing (SEO, social media, email, ads)
Trade Marketing (events, POS, distributor support)
Analytical & Creative (data-driven decisions, content creation)
Stakeholder Management (sales, distributors, agencies)
