• Experience in outbound sales, sales development, business development, or another role where you
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for practical work; ability to explain how you provide
• Clear, concise writing and confidence speaking with prospects by phone.
• Good judgment about what makes outreach relevant and when a prospect is worth pursuing.
• Strong organization, consistent follow-through, and ownership of results.
• Curiosity, resilience, and willingness to apply coaching and learn new tools.
