Marketing Events Manager

📋 Description

• Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders
• Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships
• Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build
• Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive
• Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, ideally including
• Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and
• Confidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors, with a thoughtful
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities is a plus.
