Marketing Insights & Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Support the development and enhancement of executive scorecards, KPI tracking, and performance
• Assist with reporting automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve reporting
• Partner with BI, CRM, Digital, and Technology teams to validate reporting requirements and outputs.
• Support testing, QA, documentation, and rollout of new reporting capabilities.
• Support marketing & Agent Sales measurement initiatives including lead reporting, funnel

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience working with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance across digital and social channels.
• Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or similar
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics solutions using SQL, semantic models, Microsoft
