📋 Description

• Develop and grow referral relationships throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson.
• Build strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, payors, community organizations
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to strengthen BAYADA's presence in the
• Manage the full home health sales process, including prospecting, relationship development
• Proactively ask for the business and convert opportunities into sustainable referral partnerships.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends, referral opportunities, and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative, healthcare, or relationship-based sales
• A track record of establishing and growing professional relationships in a competitive market.
• The confidence to ask for the sale and the tenacity to follow opportunities through to completion.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• The ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with a broader
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
