Marketing Manager II, Oncology - C & O, Congress Team

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of high value oncology congresses, leading end-to-end congress management
• Collaborate with Assets/Brands/Functional Teams to develop congress strategy and objectives
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for High Value Oncology Congresses
• Conduct post-congress analysis and optimization with surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder
• Manage project budgets, track and submit purchase orders
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including business services, digital lab

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 5 years of congress/events/meeting planning work
• Preferred certifications: CMP, CTSM, CSEP, CEM, DES, or specialized training in
• Knowledge of oncology therapeutic and commercial operations - preferred
• Experience with Veeva Promo mats routing
• Strong budget management and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
