📋 Description

• Plan and deliver the go-to-market work behind campaigns that help accounting and bookkeeping
• Take campaigns from requirements through to results: shaping creative briefs, organising the people
• Focus across mid-funnel partner activation, event promotions, and process improvements that help
• Coordinate promotions planning and delivery for industry and Xero-hosted partner events across the
• Manage always-on campaigns including the AB Bulletin, Xero Coaches and Xero CAS, with clear
• Deliver integrated campaigns end to end: audience segmentation, go-to-market plan, internal

🎯 Requirements

• Experience across marketing, marketing communications, business operations or project management
• Organising competing priorities comes naturally, keeping hold of the detail without losing sight of
• Collaborating inside a matrixed organisation is familiar territory, whether with integrated
• Taking a go-to-market plan all the way through to delivery with a genuine sense of ownership is
• An experimentation mindset, testing, learning and optimising campaigns across every channel
• Comfort with Salesforce, marketing automation and Google Workspace
