📋 Description

• Research, identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness and
• Identify, develop, and coordinate event partnerships throughout the United States and Canada
• Plan and oversee event marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution, strong brand
• Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, influencers, and community
• Explore and manage non-event partnership opportunities, including television sponsorships, original

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–5 years of experience in marketing, particularly within events, nightlife
• Strong understanding of LGBTQ+ culture, communities, and emerging queer trends, with the ability to
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating and supporting marketing and
