Marketing Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Help troubleshoot purchase orders from creation through close—identifying errors, missing
• Support the contract pipeline by tracking status, following up on stuck items, and flagging risks
• Help correct and prevent cost center issues—fixing miscodings, reconciling charges to the right
• Support marketing vendor management, including maintaining accurate vendor records and helping
• Learn to navigate DigitalOcean’s procurement, finance, and legal processes and help answer the
• Maintain recurring reports and trackers on PO status, contract turnaround, spend, cost center

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, procurement, finance operations, accounts payable
• Familiarity with purchase orders, contracts, and vendor/procurement workflows, ideally within tools
• Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort building clear, accurate reports and trackers.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through—you notice what’s off, follow up, and close the loop.
• Able to take general direction, break assigned work into tasks, and manage competing requests with
• Clear communicator who can partner with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Legal and patiently
