Marketing Operations Associate (Contract)

📋 Description

• Process lender-initiated compliance updates, including APRs, disclosures, and regulated content
• Build and maintain marketing reports and Google Sheets dashboards, including month-over-month and
• Investigate discrepancies between reports and underlying data sources and coordinate their
• Manage Student Loans marketplace landing pages and lender display order, including creating new
• Configure affiliate campaigns in Voluum and distribute creative assets to traffic partners to
• Reconcile partner invoices and billing across both sides of the marketplace by validating

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience is preferred, with consideration for candidates with
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and
• Comfort working with numerical data, reconciling figures, identifying discrepancies, and
• Ability to quickly learn and work across new platforms and internal systems, including tools such
• Clear and professional written communication skills for working with external partners and internal

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly compensation: $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
• Contract: 3–6 month W-2 contract, with potential for extension or conversion depending on
• Estimated engagement period: November 2026 through April 2027.
• Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week, generally from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST preferred.
