Marketing Operations Associate (Contract) - NY

📋 Description

• Process lender-initiated compliance updates, including APRs, disclosures, and regulated content
• Build and maintain marketing reports and Google Sheets dashboards, including ad hoc
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between reports and data sources
• Manage landing page content and lender display order across the Student Loans marketplace
• Set up and configure affiliate campaigns in Voluum and share creative assets with traffic partners
• Reconcile partner billing and invoices across both sides of the marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with additional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and
• Comfort working with numerical data, reconciling figures, spotting discrepancies, and maintaining
• Ability to quickly learn and use new platforms and internal tools, such as Voluum, Ironclad
• Clear, professional written communication for correspondence with lenders, traffic partners, and
