Marketing Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Working in HubSpot to build and orchestrate marketing materials
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all deployed materials to ensure they perform as intended
• Informing stakeholders of the progress of their requests to the Marketing Operations team
• Providing stakeholders with reports and progress of their items in market or items that have gone
• Using AI tools to work more efficiently day to day

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in marketing operations orchestration for a high-growth B2B technology company
• Basic understanding of database capabilities such as data management, collection processes, and
• Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner with design, marketing, and other
• Well organized, self-driven person who is committed to detail and high-quality output
• Equivalent experience or bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or
• Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
