Marketing Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own intake and project management framework for timely delivery
• Construct, QA, and execute multi-channel campaigns including email, nurture, forms, landing pages
• Build and maintain customer journeys and advanced nurture paths
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, layouts, and CTAs
• Monitor email performance metrics and manage deliverability
• Perform pre-launch QA on segmentation, UTM, forms, tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on marketing operations or marketing automation experience in B2B
• Proficiency in AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Strong hands-on Marketo or equivalent MAP experience
• Salesforce proficiency (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, API concepts, data imports/exports
• Experience with UTMs and campaign tracking
