Marketing & Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel lead routing, assignment, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management directly
• Establish and maintain rules of engagement and attribution logic to ensure accurate channel mapping
• Build automations and workflows across the lead-to-customer lifecycle to improve pipeline hygiene
• Identify funnel inefficiencies, including gaps in MQL/PQL-to-SQL handoffs and service-level
• Partner with GTM Analytics and Business Systems to ensure Salesforce contains the required fields
• Support lead management and nurture strategies across marketing, partnerships, and rep-generated

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a comparable systems-focused
• Professional experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of demand generation
• Demonstrated ability to own and administer a HubSpot instance end-to-end rather than simply use it
• Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes, including lead routing, scoring, enrichment, campaign
• A systems-builder mindset, with the ability to independently identify operational problems and
• Strong Salesforce fluency, particularly around data structures, integrations, reporting, and
