📋 Description

• Partner with the Marketing Leadership Team to support prioritization and decision-making with
• Run the cadence of business: facilitate leadership meetings, set agendas, capture outcomes, assign
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews across the marketing leadership team.
• Lead the annual planning process across the marketing team, ensuring interlock with business
• Lead and monitor progress on strategic initiatives, escalating risks or roadblocks as needed.
• Prepare executive-ready updates, briefings, and communications that distill complex information

🎯 Requirements

• B2B SaaS or technology industry experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management experience.
• Change management expertise and process improvement skills.
• Agency/vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of marketing compliance and data governance best practices.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, project/program management, or a related marketing leadership
