Marketing Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor information requests, diligence forms, and contract
• Source, onboard, and schedule contractors and freelancers; coordinate agency, talent, and
• Keep marketing assets organized in our digital asset management (DAM) system and pull materials by
• Own the fulfillment of audit requests, working with Legal and Marketing managers to pull and
• Maintain and improve our project management systems, and pilot AI-assisted workflows for vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• 3-5 years in-house or at an agency, working directly in or closely with creative production
• Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Jira or Confluence
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the flexibility to adapt to rapid and ongoing change
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay
• Resourceful and proactive; you learn quickly and think ahead
