📋 Description

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and funnels
• Translate insights into hypotheses and prioritized experiments
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects for funnels and growth
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams
• Design and monitor A/B tests and growth experiments
• Use AI tools to streamline research, reporting, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in growth or marketing project management
• Strong understanding of funnels: Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, brand
• Experience designing/coordinating growth experiments
• Analytical with tools like Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs
• Hands-on with Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp
• Integrate AI/automation into marketing workflows (ChatGPT, n8n, etc)
