🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of marketing recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
• Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill product roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools
• Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, using these
• Quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements, showcasing flexibility, curiosity, and
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads

• Expected base salary range: $130,000 - $170,000
• Individual pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
