• In collaboration with key stakeholders, help shape and execute the annual research strategy and

• Manage strategic research studies end-to-end, serving as an expert on methodologies to select the
• Partner with Product teams to conduct live qualitative user interviews and moderated testing
• Partner with Product teams early in the development lifecycle to run concept tests, validating

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 5 years of hands-on experience designing and executing primary research studies, including
• Proficient in balancing primary qualitative and quantitative methods with secondary and syndicated
• Strategic thinker capable of evaluating multiple products, platforms, and objectives to synthesize
• Familiarity using AI-assisted tools for research draft generation or processing, paired with strong
• Self-starter able to think big while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced
• Bilingual in English and French
