📋 Description

• Drive our annual strategic plan and operating plan, working in partnership with our CMO and
• Define our most critical OKRs that instill transparent, data-driven accountability for delivering
• Quarterback an agile, automated, data-driven reporting process and tool to manage OKRs.
• Run the core rhythms of the business on behalf of the CMO to focus attention, inspection, and
• Lead content on behalf of Marketing and Sales Dev for all monthly/quarterly business reviews, in

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, product
• Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy
• Critical and first-principles thinking, with the ability to zoom out to the most important questions
• Passion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues and solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak to leaders across teams
• An ability to execute with minimal guidance and with a high degree of ambiguity
