Martech Specialist, AI Deployment

📋 Description

• Leading our content scaling programme including translating goals into sequenced, actionable work
• Designing and building AI agents (using tools like Claude) to transform how we produce and scale
• Connecting AI and agents into our martech stack and data to unlock new capabilities, including
• Running discovery on creative AI tooling and identifying where it can raise the quality and scale
• Running RFPs for Marketing tooling, particularly for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Championing the adoption of AI-driven solutions beyond the programme, including helping other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of building and applying AI for teams, with examples of shipped agents
• Strong programme leadership, with experience leading cross-functional programmes or workstreams end
• First-principles and systems thinker who can break down complex, ambiguous problems and
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments.
• Working understanding of marketing and how content and creative are produced.
• Martech literacy and ability to run a rigorous tooling selection process.
