Mass Spectrometry Scientist

📋 Description

• Perform intact mass analysis for final products and walk-in sample requests on ESI-MS (Waters) and
• Conduct deglycosylation and reduction workflows to support structural interpretation.
• Support occasional protein identification and peptide mapping requests using a Q Exactive Plus.
• Perform size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to assess stability, oligomeric state, and
• Run analytical gel filtration experiments (Agilent) and process data using OpenLab CDS.
• Acquire and analyze SEC-MALS data (Wyatt/Waters) using ASTRA 8 for native mass determination.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with protein mass spectrometry workflows.
• Working knowledge of protein biochemistry and proteoform characterization.
• Experience designing, executing, and troubleshooting LC-MS or MS-based analytical experiments.
• Familiarity with SEC, SEC-MALS, and/or mass photometry.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills
