Master Launch Welder

📋 Description

• Fabricate and weld structural systems for the Terran R launch site.
• Work with steel assemblies, frames, platforms, and ground support equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams in shop and field.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in dynamic environments.
• Contribute to process improvements and repeatable fabrication.
• Support field integration during installation as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of structural welding or equivalent.
• Experience with MIG, FCAW, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to read structural drawings and welding symbols.
• Experience fitting and fabricating structural steel assemblies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment.
• AWS structural welding certifications preferred.
