Master NDE Inspector, PAUT

📋 Description

• Work with UT Specialist inspectors and NDE Engineers to develop feasibility studies, POD’s, and
• Develop, document, and publish part-specific Ultrasonic inspection techniques for various hardware.
• Evaluate digital UT/PAUT data files for quality and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and publish part-specific NDE techniques for a range of complex parts.
• Apply NDE inspection plans, procedures, and techniques with strong technical rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Level II or III Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in aerospace or nuclear settings.
• Evidence of NDE classroom training and NAS 410 or SNT-TC-1A certificates; willing to provide
• Minimum 10 years total NDE experience; 5 years in a regulated aerospace manufacturing setting or
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering work instructions and drawings.
• Experience creating Part Specific Techniques; strong MS Office skills.
