Material Review Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform medical and regulatory review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials
• Review materials to ensure medical and scientific accuracy and adherence to regulations, codes, and
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
• Stay current with industry best practices, medical and regulatory requirements, Codes of
• Provide guidance on project feasibility considering Canadian regulations on health product
• Support generation and presentation of metrics reports on medical review in designated therapeutic

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy or Life Sciences (i.e., Pharmacology) Degree
• Relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Previous related experience and proven track record in similar role (minimum of two to three years)
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry within Regulatory/Medical Affairs, including review of
• Excellent knowledge of Canadian regulations regarding health product advertising
• Working understanding of Veeva Vault or similar review system desirable
