📋 Description

• Support lab ops: M&P prototyping, test coupon design
• Develop tests and documentation
• Troubleshoot material processing, machining, testing
• Own SME role across processing, machining, testing
• Mentor and train new team members
• Contribute to Materials Discovery for mission success

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Natural Science, Materials, or related field
• 5+ years aerospace high-temperature materials processing/testing
• Proficient with CNC mills, lathes, saws, drills
• 3D drawings: AutoCAD, NX, Teamcenter; SPACECLAIM, Warp Drive
• Instruments: DSC, LFA, TGA, Dilatometer, Instron
• Mentor and train team, self-starter, quick learner
