MDR Operations Performance Analyst

📋 Description

• Work with SOC analysts to understand evolving security operations workflow.
• Translate customer insights into operational gaps and corrective actions.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify cross-functional gaps and inefficiencies.
• Track impact of improvement initiatives for measurable gains.
• Proactively identify risks and trends in performance or customer experience.
• Define and refine performance metrics aligned with outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Security Operations with MSSP or MDR providers.
• 5+ years in security analysis, SOC leadership, or operational reporting.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience building metrics with Grafana and PowerBI.
• Familiar with AI tools (Copilot, GPT) and their use cases.
• Experience using AI in workflows to analyze data and improve efficiency.
