MDR Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day MDR operations: case queues, SLA, escalations.
• Guide investigations, validate findings, assess business impact.
• Coordinate during customer/internal escalations with updates and risk assessments.
• Coach and develop MDR analysts through reviews and training.
• Conduct quality reviews to drive operational excellence.
• Lead response during significant incidents with ownership and resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 12 years total work experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2–3 years leading/mentoring analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on security operations: threat detection, incident investigation, response.
• Strong Windows security expertise; macOS/Linux a plus.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and PowerShell/Python for automation.
