📋 Description

• Co-design experimentation roadmaps with customers for impact.
• Shepherd customers through the full experimentation process.
• Tie learnings to budget and strategy decisions to drive action.
• Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and ROI.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across customer orgs.
• Partner with Product, Science, and Engineering to scale features.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in growth marketing or marketing-science with budget ownership.
• Fluent in paid media buying; comfortable discussing budgets and analytics with a customer's team.
• Passion for experimentation, data analysis, and storytelling.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, leaning on data and relationships.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Thrives in early-stage/ambiguous environments; delivers high-quality, fast-paced work.
