📋 Description

• Act as the primary mechanical engineering contact for assigned refinery assets, providing technical
• Investigate emerging equipment issues and support maintenance and operations teams with practical
• Design permanent and temporary repair solutions for piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and
• Apply relevant ASME and API standards to equipment design, repair, integrity assessments, and
• Use knowledge of corrosion damage mechanisms and failure modes to develop reliable and technically
• Apply reliability principles when assessing equipment condition and making recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with relevant knowledge and experience working with
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a total experience range of
• Prior experience working as a Mechanical Engineer at an oil refinery in an onsite environment is
• Working knowledge of fundamental refinery processes, including distillation, heat transfer, and
• Good understanding of piping components and systems, particularly for equipment repairs
• Practical application of ASME B31.3, ASME Section VIII, and ASME PCC-1/PCC-2, with supervised
