🎯 Requirements

Must have built things before, ideally robots, whether as a hobbyist, student, employee or founder
Diagnose system-wide failures from first principles
Prototype mechanical and software fixes on the fly
Work autonomously and communicate clearly with a team spread across sites
Take responsibility for how their machines perform in live production
Experience programming machines, whether PLCs, robot controllers, embedded systems or Python (bonus)
