Prepare liquid media and agar for use in Microbiological testing.
Operate autoclaves for sterilization of media and waste.
Perform routine autoclave maintenance.
Operate pH meter and lab balance.
Use automatic washers and perform manual washing to clean glassware.
Document media preparation, autoclave usage, equipment usage and calibration clearly and accurately

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma with courses in Chemistry, Biology and Algebra.
Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must possess the ability to reason and adapt to changing media needs of the Microbiology laboratory.
Must be able to listen and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Must possess exemplary organizational skills.
