📋 Description

• Lead video shoots with expert-level mastery of camera movement, on-camera direction, lighting, and
• Travel to customers' homes for documentary-style shoots across North America
• Act as the key link between stakeholders and the content team, keeping project goals, schedules
• Allocate resources—personnel, equipment, and budgets—to maximize efficiency and production quality
• Ensure every piece of content stays true to AlgaeCal's brand identity, messaging, and marketing
• Coordinate with external vendors, talent, and freelancers to align with vision and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of dedicated video production experience (bonus for e-commerce background)
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to create content that sells
• Proficiency with cameras (mirrorless digital to cinema-grade like Sony FX3, Sony FX9, BlackMagic
• Experience with lighting gear (Aputure, Arri, Lightgear)
• Yoda-level skills in colour grading and sound design (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite: After
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools and generative workflows (e.g., Veo, Higgsfield, Adobe
