📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Medical Affairs projects and initiatives while managing timelines
• Define project scopes, establish deliverables, track progress, and ensure initiatives are completed
• Develop and maintain Medical Affairs operational processes, documentation, and systems.
• Ensure Medical Affairs activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, organizational
• Act as a key liaison between internal functions, including Clinical Research, Regulatory, Product
• Develop, review, and maintain accurate, scientifically rigorous medical communications, educational

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing degree; BSN or MSN preferred, and/or a PhD in a
• 3-7 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in clinical operations leadership
• At least 2 years of experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence communicating with stakeholders.
