Medical Information Specialist - Pharmacist

📋 Description

• Respond to unsolicited requests for medical and safety information from consumers, healthcare
• Provide accurate labeled and unlabeled medical and safety information in accordance with regulatory
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situation events, and
• Complete assigned activities within required timelines and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and
• Develop appropriate responses using approved product labeling, standard response documents
• Support the preparation of customized medical information responses when standard materials do not

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy degree required, with a strong foundation in pharmacology, medical terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette
• Fluent English proficiency and the ability to respond clearly and professionally in the target
• Working knowledge of applicable medical information regulations, industry standards, and
