📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and related appointments, ensuring
• Communicate professionally and promptly with relevant individuals to coordinate appointment
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines, competing requests, and
• Maintain accurate case information, appointment details, and documentation throughout the
• Follow up consistently on outstanding items and take ownership of assigned cases through successful
• Identify and resolve scheduling or administrative issues while escalating matters when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, insurance, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling appointment information and case-related
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software, scheduling
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and task-management skills.
