📋 Description

• Executes against the Medical Affairs plan for Japan
• Provides scientific education and training initiatives across Allergan Aesthetics (AA) portfolios
• Performs field visits with key physicians and stakeholders, organizing advisory board meetings
• Provides Healthcare Professionals with fair and balanced scientific information (non-promotional
• Builds long-term relationships with External Experts (EEs) discussing safety, efficacy, and data
• Identifies new EEs for future engagement and involves EEs with Allergan as advisors, investigators

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry (not limited to Medical Affairs) or within
• Relevant therapeutic area knowledge experience desirable (Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, etc.)
• Intermediate English skill (Reading, writing and speaking)
• Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally in a matrixed structure, supporting
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and convey clinical and non-clinical technical information
• Demonstrated strong presentation and teaching skills
