📋 Description

• Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their time in our clinic
• Support accurate, efficient patient visits with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols and site
• Support patient screening, enrollment, and retention with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and
• Guide patients through their study journey to help them attend and complete required visits
• Enter clinical data accurately and on time into required systems and platforms
• Communicate clearly and promptly with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset
• Comfortable performing clinical skills (blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, charting) in patient visits
