Member Experience Associate

📋 Description

• Greet and welcome members and guests at the reception area
• Prepare coffee and breakfast and keep common areas well-stocked
• Support building events and design unique signage
• Add new members into multiple systems for seamless onboarding
• Assist members with IT or WiFi issues
• Participate in local marketing events to showcase flexible solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality background
• Fluency in Dutch
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 12 kg
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stretch, and walk for extended periods
• Experience operating printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and other kitchen
• Assist with food preparation and cleaning following health and safety guidelines
