Member of Design Staff (Product)

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process of new features and products.
• Deeply understand our HXC (High Expectation Customer), why they love our product and how they use
• Understand business goals and user needs with a strong point of view on how we can meaningfully
• Stay up to date on user feedback and analytics, spot trends and use insights to prioritize work and
• Help develop and expand our design system to ensure consistency and quality across all product
• Influence the culture and processes of the design team and drive product vision.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Design experience working on a consumer or developer facing application
• Ability to make appropriate tradeoffs between short term and long term goals, informed by business
• Strong interaction, visual and design system skillset: Very strong proficiency in Figma
• Prototype-first mindset. You build prototypes and test them to inform your design decisions.
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and simplifying complex ideas.
• Strong writing skills. You feel comfortable writing a PRD or making edits/changes to one. You have
