• Work across the stack: Python backends, vector stores, browser agents.
• Ship fast, iterate v1s, and compound wins.

• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Help build the engineering culture you'd want to work in.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong builder instincts and end-to-end ownership
• Shipping AI/infra/backend features quickly (Python preferred)
• Experience with LLMs, Agent Frameworks, RAG, or doc parsing
• Bias for action, debugging in prod, learning from usage
• Not above any task—scrape, deploy, and call the customer
