📋 Description

• Architect and build scalable backend infra for distributed training and inference
• Lead design discussions, mentor engineers, and establish best practices
• Collaborate with ML, DevOps, and product teams to translate requirements into infra
• Own end-to-end systems from design to deployment with reliability and fault tolerance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4 years software engineering experience
• 4 years designing and optimizing large-scale backend infra and distributed data systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Kafka in cloud environments
• 4 years with Python, C++, Go, and TypeScript
• 3 years developing data processing and API systems (gRPC/Thrift)
• 3 years conducting A/B testing and experimentation (Statsig, Deltoid, Optimizely)
• 2 years with Docker and Kubernetes
