📋 Description

• Architect scalable backend infra for distributed training, inference, data pipelines.
• Lead design discussions; mentor engineers; establish best practices.
• Design and implement core backend services: schedulers, resource managers, autoscalers, serving.
• Drive infra optimization: compute cost, storage lifecycle, network performance.
• Collaborate with ML/DevOps/product teams to translate needs into infra solutions.
• Evaluate cloud-native/open-source tech (Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLFlow) to enhance platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years designing/building backend infra in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• ML infra experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Kubernetes.
• Strong Python or C++ software development skills.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems: scheduling, orchestration, storage, networking, compute.
