📋 Description

• Join Deeptune RL environments lab at Mercor
• Work on backend/infrastructure with Python, Go, TypeScript
• Build scalable systems and partner with researchers
• In-person, 5 days/week at One World Trade or NYC office

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10 years in engineering; 2–3+ years with core ML/LLM concepts
• Strong background in scalable systems
• Experience with RL, reward modeling, post-training eval
• Ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Proven coaching and execution skills
