  • At least 4 years of experience in operations, office management, executive/personal assistant, or related roles; startup experience preferred
  • Energized by blending business and personal support; PA-to-operations path encouraged
  • Approach operations as ownership: anticipate needs, build systems, treat the office as a product
  • Service mindset with attention to small details; proactive and self-driven
  • Exceptional written and verbal English; able to draft and polish professional communications
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through; adaptable to changing plans
