Member of the Technical Staff - Data Platform

📋 Description

• Design and implement a next-generation data platform supporting diverse requirements, including
• Work with engineering, product, and senior leadership teams to architect solutions that address
• Define and maintain guidelines for data ingestion, creation, enrichment, storage, data modeling
• Develop end-to-end solutions across the tech stack, setting standards for engineering excellence
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure data protection standards, high
• Drive architectural decisions, roadmap planning, and build-vs-buy trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles, with at least 5
• Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures with Kafka and
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
• Strong background in data governance and security, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, influencing technical and non-technical
