🎯 Requirements

• Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience in inside sales, high-volume outbound sales, or contact
• Proven Results: A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through team
• Process Building: Experience building or rebuilding sales cadences, lead routing models
• Remote Leadership: Experience managing, developing, and holding distributed, remote, or offshore
• Funnel Analytics: Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, including time to contact
• Coaching Expertise: Experience coaching sales representatives using call recordings, performance
