MEP Engineer – Building & Infrastructure (B&I)

📋 Description

• Conduct daily site inspections for MEP works including electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, drainage
• Verify contractor works against approved design, specifications, statutory requirements and QA/QC
• Inspect incoming MEP materials and equipment against approved submittals and certificates
• Witness key MEP tests (pressure test, flushing, insulation resistance, continuity, functional test
• Implement and coordinate inspection plans, witness/hold points, material inspections and
• Maintain site documentation: inspection requests, material inspection records, test records, NCR

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP construction supervision, QA/QC, site engineering, testing
• Practical knowledge of MEP systems: electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, coordination drawings, ITPs
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Good report writing and communication skills in Vietnamese; English communication is an advantage
